When can I apply for the 2025 UK Trainee Programme at Sompo?
The application process starts on March 25 2025 and closes on April 6 2025. We urge you not to delay with your application as we reserve the right to close the application process earlier if we receive a high number of applications.
When does the programme start and how long does it last?
This is a structured 24-month training programme that will start in September 2025.

What does the application process look like?
The applications process incudes:
- It starts with completing the application – you will need to create an account, provide basic personal and contact details, provide information on your experience, and answer a few questions
- We will create a shortlist of suitable candidates
- We will initiate an assessment of shortlisted candidates
- Individual interview
- Panel interviews

Is this a hybrid role?
You will be required to work four days in the office, based on the requirements of your team.
