Lena Liu is Vice President, APAC Hub Leader and brings extensive expertise in international underwriting and operational management, with over 15 years of experience across the APAC region. Most recently, she served as Head of Operations for International Underwriting Programs and Captive Services at Zurich Insurance in Hong Kong, where she led a team of 25 and implemented projects in robotic process automation, digital transformation, and workflow optimization. Known for her strategic focus and operational insight, Lena has a proven track record in managing underwriting governance, building frameworks for captive programs, and enhancing client service through innovative solutions and cross-regional collaboration. She holds a BA in International Finance from Tianjin Foreign Studies University and is fluent in Mandarin and English.
