Manabu Hirasuka is the VP of the Tokyo Office. He joined Sompo in April 2002 and, after gaining experience underwriting and overseas operations. Previously, he headed Asia Underwriting region. Manabu holds a law degree and the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certification.
