Rich La Gala heads Sompo’s drive for digital transformation, enhancing client experiences through cutting-edge tools and resources. With more than 25 years of experience in risk control and engineering for commercial insurance accounts, Rich La Gala has led teams in various sectors including energy, hospitality, construction and manufacturing. Prior to joining Sompo, he held senior leadership positions internationally, focusing on risk management and innovation. Rich is currently leading the development of a new risk management solution for clients to proactively mitigate risks.
